hi Ben all ok... Of course still to warm to use the heating yet, but having constant hot water already makes a change from clicking immersion heating on.

Just a note to say our new boiler is performing well and we are very pleased with it.
After the initial problems with keeping the bedrooms warm at night, we seem to have cracked the
problem by turning off the hall thermostat. This seems to keep all the remaining radiators warm, more
or less permanently, which is what we have been used to, and which is what we wanted, and by leaving
the hall doors open throughout the day, this keeps the hall warm enough.
Regarding the installation, I would like to say thank you for a very professional job. Having workmen in
the house is often disruptive, but you and your partner worked so well, quietly - with no radio noise, tidily,
never wasted time, were always courteous, always on time, and responded promptly to any email query in a
most helpful manner. Altogether it was a pleasure to have your working for us, and we would unhesitatingly
recommend you. Indeed, I already have. Subsequently, an engineer from the National Grid and our old
retired gas engineer, have both commented that it was a job very well done.
Hoping you enjoyed your well-earned four days holiday at Easter,
